Digitization stops at hardly any area of employment. It creates new job opportunities and destroys others. It divides the working world into highly qualified digital specialists and those who only carry out algorithmically controlled activities. How do people deal with it? What does work mean in the future? At the Uni-Talk, the sociologist Simon Schaupp from the University of Basel and the Unia trade union secretary Roman Künzler will discuss the winners and losers of digitization.
