LGBTQIA+ User Experience [in German]
Please register here: https://forms.gle/p3TSCz9gE3MCs7Xo9
About this talk:
When it comes to digital solutions, LGBTQIA+ users largely have the same goals as other users. However, they still have certain specific requirements: no heteronormative and binary assumptions in the user interface, being able to adequately represent their own gender and relationship form in the system and also seeing themselves represented in the content. We can see where the sticking points are here with the help of the gender radar and the “5-S model” by J.J. Garrett. Finally, it should also be clear that non-LGBTQIA+ users can also benefit from most of the points.
