SUMMARY:A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION
DESCRIPTION:The University of Basel\, together with the Research Ethics Com
mittee of the Canton of Zurich\, the University of Zurich and swissethics\
, invites you to an international scientific symposium. The aim is to disc
 uss how scientists\, clinicians\, regulators\, research ethics committees\
, academic institutions\, and funding agencies share responsibilities to e
nhance value and progress in science and medicine. This was a key concern
of Prof. Meier-Abt as a researcher\, former vice-rector of the University
of Basel and former president of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences. Na
tional and international speakers from renowned universities will present
cutting-edge examples of data sharing and collaboration between various ac
